At the German Retirement Home we recognize that the quality of our care and services is dependent upon having qualified, trained staff. We take this commitment to excellence seriously at the German Retirement Home. All of our staff and volunteers receive background checks prior to hire. They also receive training for their particular area of responsibility and ongoing continuing education. Most of our staff are certified in First Aid Training and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Several of our staff have worked here for many years.
