Living at the German Retirement Home gives you a good balance. You can enjoy the independence of our affordable private units as well as the opportunity to be part of a nurturing community. All of our residents live in private units with baths. Monthly fees vary depending on the type and size of your apartment. Included in the monthly fees are all utilities (except private phone); housekeeping, linen service, and maintenance; three nutritious and tasty meals each day; free laundry area; and free resident parking.

Activities and entertainment, gardening opportunities, in-house church services and the in-house bookmobile also are available at no additional costs.

Other services available at additional fees include private telephone, cable TV, transportation to Evergreen Hospital and clinics, hair salon, laundry services, and personal care services.
